I seem to have rotten luck when it comes to leaky apartments.  In Polynesian Village we had the burst pipe in the bathroom, leading to wet carpets in O'Brian's room and an apartment so moldy they couldn't rent it after we left.  In Madison Square, half of our living room was sopping wet when the neighbor's water heater broke.  And now, something ( Read more... )

Hey, last week was fun!  I went to eat with Amber and Lacee and one of their friends at The Backporch.  Lance has talked about the restaurant before, so it was extra neat to go there, AND it was super delicious.  They were in town for a week before their Saturday wedding, oh boy!

I just finished "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," which I really enjoyed.  I remember my dad recommending it, and I read the book several years ago.  I enjoyed the movie, even if it has one of those sad happy endings.  Yesterday I finished "Ink," which was very strange and very great.  I think you'd enjoy it ( Read more... )
